Digital Conversion

Carefully digitizing old and/or rare documents means we can extend the life of any original document.

Digital Conversion

Preserving Any Document

Preservation no longer means being able to only rebind documents. Some materials cannot be restored through binding because of age or condition, so we offer digital conversion services. Carefully digitizing old and/or rare documents means we can extend the life of any original document.

Digital conversion involves digitizing original materials such as old yearbooks, historical editions, photographs, journals, rare documents, artifacts, and many other types. Using flatbed and sheet-fed scanning devices, we can assist any library, archive or institution, depending on the size of the input material.

Digital Copies

After digitizing documents, we print as few as one copy or as many as needed as a hardcover or soft cover edition. The original materials will be repackaged and returned in the same condition they were received, or re-bound if possible (as directed).

The document’s digital version will also be available and delivered in its requested format—on CD, DVD, or as an FTP file download. Credentials for FTP file download will be provided upon completion of the project.
