Now Hiring — Full time and Summer Production Positions!

HF Group – Nebraska (Houchen Bindery) provides book binding and preservation services for Universities, Public Schools, Printers, Publishers, and Individuals all across the USA! We are looking to grow our great team to meet demand.

Job Duties:
-Assist the production supervisors in serving our customers’ rebinding needs
-Operate binding machinery or carry out hand-binding techniques as needed
-Cooperate with team members, supervisors, and management to achieve our output and quality goals.
-Consistently produce excellent quality
-Adhere to safety requirements/expectations
-Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:
-No previous bookbinding or manufacturing experience is required
-Must be 18+ to operate machinery (limited Summer positions available for 16 and 17 year olds)
-Basic computer/typing skills are a plus
-Ability to work on your feet all day
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required in some positions
-Ability to learn new jobs quickly as needed
-Flexibility – you may be asked to work in different departments at different times
